The system I coach, used on myself.
In June 2023, I was 195 lbs at around 25% body fat. I wasn't in bad shape by most standards. But I knew I wasn't living up to what I'd been building toward. I had the knowledge. I needed to apply it to myself.
What followed wasn't dramatic. No crash diet. No 6-week shred. What drove the change was the same thing I coach clients through now: accountability, habit work, and someone (myself, then) refusing to let me quit on the bad weeks. The training and nutrition were the vehicle. The consistency was the engine.
By February 2026, I was 185 lbs at 10% body fat. The scale barely moved 10 pounds. But I'd lost nearly 30 lbs of fat and built around 20 lbs of muscle at the same time. That's body recomposition. It only happens when you commit to the long game.
The physique is the proof. The process is what I coach.

Results take months, not weeks
Visible progress starts around 8 to 12 weeks. The compounding effects (the ones that actually change how you look and feel) take months of consistent work.
The scale doesn't tell the full story
You can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. The number on the scale can stay the same while your entire physique changes. Don't let it fool you.
Non-physical wins come first
Better sleep, more energy, less decision fatigue around food. These show up before the mirror does. They're also the ones that last.
Consistency beats intensity
One perfect week changes nothing. The 12-week program installs the system. The months after are when it carries you without a coach watching. What you're buying is the install.
