Calivo is accountability coaching, not another plan. I'm 23, I've never felt more capable in my body, and that feeling doesn't stay in the gym. It carries into every area of life. Calivo is the kind of coach I wished I had when I started: a real person in your corner over a 12-week arc.

My Story

I came for the physique. I stayed for who it made me.

Let's be honest. I got into fitness for the same reason most guys my age do. I wanted to look good. I also wanted to feel good in my body. What I didn't expect was everything else that came with it. The math of tracking and watching compound progress. The confidence that comes with being strong. And a level of discipline that has rewired how I move through every part of my life. I am the most motivated version of myself I have ever been, and it only sharpens every day.

Since then I've built years of hands-on experience, and what I teach isn't the nutrition plan itself, it's the habits that make tracking it actually work. More importantly, I've learned that fitness isn't really about muscle or fat. It's about becoming someone who doesn't need motivation to show up, because they've fallen in love with the process itself.

My philosophy is simple: fitness is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. Crash diets and all-or-nothing programs fail because they're temporary. What lasts is building a life that makes you feel strong, confident, and capable, day after day. That's the process I fell in love with. And it's what I'll help you fall in love with too.

How I show up for you

My role isn't to bark orders or hand out generic plans. It's to guide, challenge, and give you the tools to succeed. Ultimately, I want to help you fall in love with the process itself.

Present when it counts

Daily voice memos, texts, and quick check-ins through the early weeks, shifting to reactive support as you take the lead. I am thinking about you on a Tuesday afternoon, not just during your weekly call, and the cadence steps down by design so you leave with the habit, not a dependency.

Honest with you

When you are lying to yourself, I notice and I say so, with care. No fluff and no pretending. Honest feedback is the most respectful thing a coach in your corner can give you.

Adaptive in real time

Life gets chaotic. Travel, work weeks, bad days. I get to know your reality and adapt the plan and the pressure to fit it, so one hard week does not become the end of the program.

Building your independence

I want you to understand the why behind everything we do. By week 12, you know enough to keep going without me. That is the point of the graduation model.
