Who is this for?

Do I need a gym?
No. Your training plan is built for whatever you have access to: full gym, home gym, or minimal equipment.
How fast will I see results?
Most clients feel behavior changes in the first 2 weeks, like actually showing up when they said they would. Visible physique changes depend on consistency, starting point, and goals, but the habit wins come first and drive the physical ones.
What makes your approach different?

How do check-ins work?

Weeks 9 to 12 you run your own practice and I move to weekly calls with reactive support. Habit coaching assignments run the whole way. What if my schedule is busy?
That is exactly when accountability matters most. We build around your time and energy, and in the high-touch early weeks I check in daily so a busy week does not turn into a month off. As you graduate, that vigilance becomes your own practice.

Calivo is built around a 12-week graduation arc. Weeks 1 to 4 I check in daily and we build the coaching relationship and establish habits. Weeks 5 to 8 you initiate more check-ins as we examine patterns, push intentionally, and refine. Weeks 9 to 12 you run the system yourself while I move to weekly calls and reactive support, so you graduate into coaching yourself. The program is not a subscription trap. It is built to make you not need a coach.
What happens at week 13?
The program ends at week 12. Billing stops automatically, there is no cancellation to manage and no recurring subscription after that. You leave with your graduation playbook and a system you can run yourself. If you ever want to keep working together for a new goal, we talk about it one-on-one and only if you bring it up.
How do I know if this is worth it for me?
